Diamond Class Action Settlement
If you bought a diamond in the last 14 years, you could be getting money back. A lawsuit settlement involving the De Beers corporation sets aside more than $100,000,000 for consumers.
You can file a claim even if the diamond you bought is not a De Beers, and the diamond could be on a ring, necklace, watch, earring, cuff links, you name it.
To see the settlement terms and to file a claim, check out the following web site.

How do I get the forms to fill out for the claims?

I bought two pair of diamond earings, and two diamond rings for my wife from Sams Club. The first was bought some 11 years ago, the second a couple of years later. The third was about 5 years ago, and the last one was 4 years ago. All from Sams club. The first was in PA, subsequent purchases were from Sams in Houston, Texas on Ritchie Road.

Did any of you READ the above before commenting? Seriously.
"To see the settlement terms and to file a claim, check out the following web site..." And then a link. Yet 3 out of 6 of you ask where do I get the forms and how do I file?
Illiteracy in this country. Yikes.

"How do we get the forms to file the claims?"
Again: CLICK THE LINK. The one that says, "http://diamondsclassaction.com. See it up there, plain as day? The one you had to read before you scrolled down to leave your comment?
CLICK IT.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
IT WILL LEAD YOU TO THE FORM.
IT WILL TELL YOU HOW TO FILE.
Do you need babysitters? Or mom or dad to guide you? Do you expect ABC13 to come to your house and read the instructions to you, hold your hand and help you sign? Do you think before you type? Is everyone supposed to think and do for you because you can't be bothered to think and do for yourself?

Jeff, my husband and I are avid fans. We really appreciate your due diligence in looking out for us. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for this!

If your ring is all diamond ring then potentially you are supposed to receive 27% back for anythig less than $5000 and for everything that costs $5000 - $10000 it is 38.5% max $5000 payout...

I can't believe people who are intelligent enough to send you an e-mail asking how to find/file a form for a claim can be this ignorant...I mean, jeez 'o pete, give me a break please. I am 68 years old and am totally computer illiterate, and I was able to go to the form right away and file a claim. I guess the old agage applies here you can lead a horse to water, but if they don't want to drink it, they won't. End of discussion.

Hey Janeen,
Take a chill pill. If you want to provide helpful advice then simply do it. But if you want to be rude and put other people down then shut your mouth!

Hey Rodney....If your going to offer suggestions to some of these replies, then do so! But don't be an ass about it. Are you that sore of a person that all you can do is belittle people in your responses. Quit being rude and get a life.
