eye tracking computer
We've had a whole bunch of inquiries about the 'eye tracking computer" we were able to provide for little Jemma Leech - a 10 year old Houston school child with cerebral Palsy. Jemma, you may recall, won a writing contest over hundreds of kids with prose beyond her age.
The computer is a keyboard where you focus on a letter for 2 seconds and then move your eyes to the next letter. It takes moments to set up even if you wear glasses or contacts. and, you're imprint is saved if the machine is used by others. after writing what you want to say with your eyes, the machine speaks your words. it's amazing.
so, here's the information once again on the company. tobii ATI www.tobii.com Betsy Walker represents the company locally. betsy.walker@tobii.ATI.com.
we hope others will benefit from knowing about this technology.
